Internships can be a win/win situation for students and companies. Students gain real-world experience and employers get the opportunity to develop and assess future employees.
Whether you ultimately find your career in the asphalt industry, a highway agency or a consulting firm, as an intern you'll receive valuable experience and an increased understanding of practical matters of specification interpretation, production and product quality.
If you'd like to learn more about internships, contact an asphalt facility in your area. Simply look in the yellow pages under Asphalt.
